I don't even get why people think those two fit together so well. The Joker is a mad but dignified and imposing character. Trump, well...

Well, Trump is no Lex Luthor. And just about every other supervillain with a sense of self preservation doesn't trust the Joker.

But seriously, it's just how cartoonishly antagonistic some of Trump's tweets are.

Fair enough, although I still maintain the cartoon villain he most closely resembles is Gargamel. You're right about his tweets though. Just checked his profile, now he's patting himself on the back for automotive companies using american plants, despite the fact that said companies specifically said they didn't do it because of him. Very classy.

It's every bit as great as I expected. I especially love how he gets on her shit for criticising someone she does not personally know. Thank god Dolan never does anything like that, amirite?

Yeah. I really have no idea how he is possibly going to handle the job of being president. AKA the most criticized person in America. He's comically thin skinned and pathologically incapable of not responding to the slightest criticism. Typically in a fashion that borders on self parody.

He so desperately wants the Cool Kids(tm) to like him and its eating him alive inside that no one wants to come to his Birthday Party, er, inauguration. I mean, are we REALLY going to have to listen to him whine on Twitter for 4 years at every celebrity, politician, athlete and journalist that ever says anything about him? What the fark kind of diplomatic disasters is he going to incur when other word leaders criticize him?

It just baffles me that we get this constant spew about SJWs, safe spaces, liberal hurt feelings, etc etc from a group that's crowned the country's whiniest bitch as its champion. >.>

He's basically the living inversion of Poe's Law. If someone gave you a random tweet from his feed you genuinely would not be able to tell it apart from a parody account.

Did you get to the one where he thanked himself in the third person for the consumer index? That's one of my favourites. -.-

I wonder how much time and money Hillary's campaign spent running counter Pepe operations.

She was shorting pepe the entire campaign while were buying into pepe. She lost 1.2 billion dollars so I'd say 777 million of it went into covering her shorts.

Oh wow. I mean, alright, in all fairness that could very well not actually be Dolan himself and instead just some kid he payed to post nice things about him on social media like most celebrities do, but that's still one of the best damn embarrassments I've seen in quite a while.

i mean, a swastika isn't white or human either so this is inherently a pretty dumb point. like, do you think all white nationalist symbols are literally just going to be pictures of white people or something?

i'll agree that the sudden shift from "pepe is a harmless meme anyone can use" to "pepe exclusively belongs to the alt-right" is kind of silly and exaggerated, but you can't pretend there's no reason for that association to exist. pepe is still like the most consistent staple of smug white supremacist memes and has been for a while now. the people who posted the tweet in question are probably well aware of that, and given how much you guys also seem to love the russian government these days i wouldn't be at all surprised if that was exactly why they chose to use pepe =/

Was hoping someone would know why so much have is directed at pepe. Turns into a political fight that involved neither pepe or Russia. Feels bad man.

Well, you bought into it so much Trump can't afford to pay for his own transition team.

Maybe save a bit for a rainy day next time? -.-

Way to stay off topic. Now if your excuse me I have to buy more pepe and I'm even thinking of hiring someone to help.me manage this portfolio. I know my confidence is up and my company just got a bunch of new contracts.

It became an alt-right symbol because Hillary literally memed the entire world for us and we decided to adopt him because it was friggin hilarious. That or the Russians don't get why people keep referring to a green frog as Hitler, they know a little something about Nazis first hand, and wanted to trigger people to see their reaction. That meme has more power than the Kremlin at this point.

Why do you think that pepe is any more of a white supremacist symbol than a truck? He's used everywhere and for every reason. Why the focus on a certain group using him?

I remember when memes were good. Now you just got these cancerous millenials tweeting the most offensive statements thinking trolling is a form of actual political activity. Someone give me a gun, because I am going to fucking shoot myself.

I do not think Trump would approve of such a cancerous fanbase. I do not even think most of these kids were the ones who voted him in.

You can't buy a gun, unless you lie on your 4473.
