I just learned about VRV and how it has a channel for both Funimation and Crunchyroll along with a couple other cool channels. I tried looking into it more but It dosen't look like it has that many active users (maybe since it is gaming/mobile devices only?). What are your thoughts?

If it ever lets me import my Crunchyroll account I'll give them a serious go, and switch over full time if it's worth it. Anything that will let me consolidate my accounts and save a bit of money is worth it to me.

I would, but no phone...and no [site that shall not be named] channel, that sucks.

About the latter--that's because VRV is a legit business with channels that serve up only content they have the license for.

Please don't name those other sorts of sites in CR's forums. It's against CR 's site rules

Don't see the point, I can get plenty of content from those sources already without another monthly fee. As for any exclusive content, YouTube tried that with Red and it wasn't worth the price IMO. So not really inclined to try a service that seems to barely gets used.

Never even heard of it before now...probably not though. I think I'll stay here.

I just signed up for VRV in order to get Cartoon Hangover. I've only had it for a day and have only used it on my PS4 but I like it so far. In the FAQs it says you're suppose to be able to link your crunchyroll account but I don't see anything on how to do that. Cartoon Hangover only has two shows so it would be nice to have the premium membership so I get all the channels but I don't want to cancel my crunchy roll membership here because I like the forums and the manga. Anyone have any insight on how to link?

I would but they don't have a tablet version so for now I'm sticking with Crunchyroll.

VRV sounds really cool especially with Funimation and Rooster Teeth, but I just paid for a year long subscription last month for Crunchyroll so unless Crunchyroll can make a deal with me; I'm sticking with only Crunchyroll

I just linked my Crunchyroll account with VRV. I got an email from Crunchyroll claiming that we Premium Crunchyroll Users can still have our account, but will be linked with VRV. If you want the other channels on VRV, you must buy the bundle and cancel your Crunchyroll Subscription. You must follow the instructions carefully and step by step. They will sent an Email to everyone soon.

I was interested until Google Play told me the app was compatible with my old Nexus 4, but NOT my Nexus 5X. Um...wat?
