Hi!

I have a huge problem with the Xbox one app... I've been using the app for a year and everything was great. Suddenly, a week ago the app started to malfunction generating errors all over... now, I can't load "my queve" and I have look every show from the list and even then the app doesn't load anything... it keeps generating "error - the application experienced a server error. Please try again later". I already deleted the app and reinstalled but it keeps repeating the problem....

This is a huge problem for my as the app is the only platform I use, as it connects directly to my tv... if this situation continues I would have to delete my membership... help please... I don't want to lose my anime app...

CR has been experiencing issues since the weekend due to a DDoS attack.

What you can do is follow @Crunchyroll on Twitter, or watching the forums for status updates. They need to get this fixed soon. I only watch crunchyroll on my xbox one and if they can't get that to work there is no reason to pay for a membership. And I have been a paying member for years now.

I'm having a very similar problem with my Roku. I can't play ANY anime except new episodes. If I try to re-watch an anime I get the "Playback interrupted - sorry the app can't continue playing your video because of an unexpected error check your connection" blah blah blah.

I even reset my Roku to factory settings, deactivated and reactivated Crunchyroll, and yet I got the same error. I'm a Premium member and I'm getting very damn tired of paying for half-ass service from Crunchyroll. They'd better fix this SOON!

I can load Crunchy up and then it immediately cuts back to the dash on my XB1. I've deleted it, going to do so again and remove my saved settings. Maybe that will work..

Edit. Nope that didnt work. Still drops out to the dash immediately after loading up.

This app is unusable. I've spent an hour and a half trying every single solution and I can't get this app to perform normally.
