Sad thing is that I might end up watching all the episodes of Sackboy and Catman having a journey.

Episode 2

Pretty much, this has the feel of a kids show seeing that it gives off a lot of facts about animals. So here, Kaban and Serval set out for the library, but it's quite far away and they need a bus to get there and Lucky can drive them. Only problem is that the battery needs to be recharged up on a mountaintop, so that's where they are going next. Along the way, they pick up the ocelot and small-clawed otter in the jungle. At the very least, this episode is trying to make something happen after the first episode was just all sorts of empty with the walking scenes stretched up to fill the runtime. But anyway, this show continues to be something that wasn't made to be full-length.

Tried episode one and dropped out halfway through. It's not as bad as a lot of other kid focused shows are but it's just not something I find entertaining. At least if the art was on point but it's pretty low budget looking. I appreciate what it's trying to do but it's just not for me.

We have us a bit of a mystery here and that's enough to keep me coming back (if sporaticly). The place was clearly made for humans to visit but something happened, presumably something to do with those blue blob things

This show seems really good for the audience it was designed for (presumably children), and I'm mostly enjoying it too. The character design is quite nice, the animation is pretty good as CG animation goes, and it's got overall good visual and light educational appeal.

For me, the biggest problem is that it does seem to drag on a bit. Both episode 1 and episode 2 felt longer than 23 minutes. I think if each episode were 15 minutes instead of 23 it would hold my interest much better.

I was pretty amused though when "Boss" started doing the information lecture about Japari Park and I was, oh geez not an info dump plus he's repeating stuff we have already picked up on without being lectured to about it, and then "Bag" is finding it dreary too and nods off. Nicely done.

Skimming back through the other posts I now see that this was originally a game tie-in,. Now that I know, it seems obvious, what with all the puzzle-like problem-solving. It's a shame the game didn't happen; it looks like it would be fun.

I like it. I'll probably keep this on my watch list. It's nice and relaxing.

On that note, while I see this was some kinda cancelled game which I know nothing about, I've already decided that this is some sort of post-apocalyptic world. Some forward thinking institute built and populated this place before the inevitable collapse of society, and while the rest of the world burns in a Trump-induced nuclear nightmare, Japari Park will rise from the ashes.

Episode 3

So to recharge that battery and get that bus running, it's off to the cafe on the top of the mountain. Unfortunately, they have to go up the hard way as the sky tram cart is not there, so Serval climbs, but bag girl gets a lift from an ibis. Awaiting there is an alpaca to charge the battery and serve some tea, which is something that hasn't happened much. So forming a sign from the grass field sure was a great idea. Well, while this show continues to drag in order to fill up the time, at least it's enjoyable with the right mindset, which many viewers do not have. Anyway, I'll watch one more and see where this goes now that bag girl and Serval have their bus up and running.

I'm liking this show more and more with each episode. (more than I already do) Two types of Ibis appeared (Crested and Scarlet Ibis) which was pretty cool, I like how the show puts some spotlight on some animals people might not know of or never heard of.

Episode 4

It's onto the desert where it is hot and they pick up a sand cat along the way. Just like the real thing, she's really cute. Then it's onto a cave to find relief from the heat and they encounter a tsuchinoko. But bag girl and Serval get trapped in a labyrinth while hose Ceruleans attack, but they manage to find their way out thanks to the tsuchinoko. The first half was just one long conversation while the girls ride through the desert, yet another reason why this show would have better served being a short. But he second half ended up being decent with that adventure the tow had.

So it's not a nuclear apocalypse that annihilated humanity but probably an alien invasion by those Ceruleans.

Shame we don't get much repeats of prior characters. I liked Sand Cat, she was cute; and that cryptid girl's voice actress was fantastic.

I feel like a lot of people are judging the show as if it was a show meant for their age group or similar. The show is meant to be an educational show for really young kids maybe 3-10?

I compare it almost to shows like Dora the Explorer because it's meant to teach kids. The kids aren't usually going to look at the poor quality animation or CG and think "why she move so weird mommy?" I like the show for its intended audience. It's not great for people over the age 10.

Tsunderenoko was a big help, even if she figured out the 'mystery' once Big Boss showed up again. Rat and Raccoon are still looking for trouble days behind where trouble is.

Episode 5

This is why a license is required to drive any motor vehicle, and Serval had no business trying to drive this thing when Lucky can do it herself. At least they crashed into only the raw materials, but their arrival proved to be well-timed as Beaver and Prairie are trying to build a cabin and they are having a tough time agreeing on a design. But thanks to bag girl's mind that she came up with a nifty-looking cabin and together, those two lake animals came through. Bag girl certainly has what it takes to be an engineer when she grows up. Next time, it's onto the plains, and those two sure got a hostile greeting.
