Crunchyroll has a few things, though not a ton. the advantage, however, is that the reader ap is pretty good, and you get full, semi-permanent access to their entire catalogue (such as it is).

You can buy quite a few manga at amazon or Comixology, or by going to some of the larger publishers directly (Viz, Yen Press, etc.) Volumes tend to go for between $5 and $10 each, depending on the title.

There are also subscription services, like Mangabox. New chapters are available for a brief period of time online (a few months), before disappearing. In that sense, it's worse than CR, although those services tend to have more selection.

Finally, there are fan-subscription sites (called scantalation sites), which I cannot name here without violating CR's terms of service. Those easily have the most titles, although the quality (both of the scans and of the translation) is pretty hit-or-miss.

It should be noted that there's a good reason it's against CR's /ToS, and that's because they don't have the licenses to the series and are distributing scans illegally.

If you have an iOS device then you'll not be able to read CR manga via their app as it hasn't worked for months but you can download the puffin browser and read it via that ( as it supports flash player )
