Top 10 Anime That Should Definitely be Rebooted!
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hpyH0MPmUR4

most of the series on this list could use a reboot..

i lost interest in the Soul Eater anime so i switched over the the manga instead..

Akame ga Kill was obviously chopped to fit in 24 episodes

They should stop butchering series just to fit it in 12-26 episodes

Ah, that video... Yeah, i came across to that by pure chance. But anyway, to answer, i'm going to comment about the animes i either seen or i know well enough. Ready?

Soul Eater: So, first one there is Soul Eater. As my favorite anime, it's got everything: great animation, excellent voice acting (both, japanese and english) and music. Sure, the ending is a bit disappointment, especially how Soul didn't become a Death Scythe but what the heck. Yes, I HAVE read the manga and know it ends. Still, i would like to see this one "remastered". How cool would that be?

Akame ga Kill!: Ah, Akame ga Kill!. I don't think i need to go this again but both manga and anime share the same flaw. Some characters die too early. Why? But in the anime's case, once it reaches it's ending, characters just start to die. Then the biggest flaw has to be the ending. It's okay, but it could've been LOT better. Since the manga has now reached it's end, i don't want spoilers how it end. Let me see it myself.

Bleach: Bleach? Rebooted? I saw that coming? Nope. Sure it would be better rebooted but: First of all, who's got time to watch all 366 episodes again? Certaintly i don't. Secondly and finally, since the manga reached it's end, wouldn't it be better to just continue where the anime left off? Discuss.

Tokyo Ghoul: I haven't watched this but considering all the comments and such i seen, this one needs to be redone. Not much else to say.

Chaos; Head: Worth it or not? Likely yes.

Fate (franchise): Another one i haven't seen but this one brings one question: How much more they're gonna make? And there's Fate/stay night: Heaven's Feel coming later this year? Okay but how long this can go on?

Here's something i want redone:

Yamada-kun and the Seven Witches: As one of the biggest disappointments of 2015, the good thing about this? Voice acting. The rest, not so much. Considering that the manga appears in Weekly Shonen Magazine, this one is absolutely rushed. If you know it well enough, great but in case you don't, allow me to give short version. Some characters nor plot elements don't appear at all. Same i could say about the ending. It's okay but...

And that's there's all to say. i may edit this when i have more time.

Finally, note that these are my personal opinions (as usual, duh).

Yay I finally get to talk about something like this!

Obviously, Soul Eater is a big one. I remember back when I finished the manga, I was so stoked to watch the show that I almost bought the Soul Eater Yearbook off of Amazon. Then, I was like, "Six discs is way too short..." Then, I Google Image searched characters like Gopher and that's when I found out that the anime is incomplete.

I heard unanimous complaints about Akame ga Kill! and Terra Formars' animes (even so, the first opening song for Terra Formars is pretty decent).

The Seven Deadly Sins
anime, from looking at random still-shots, looked really high budget. But then it just stopped for some reason, and I don't know why. Seriously, after the Vs Hendrickson bit, there's just nothing.

One that I want redone particularly badly is World Trigger, and I want it specifically from Studio TRIGGER. I don't think the manga is popular enough to warrant a reboot, but I can still hope!

The Seven Deadly Sins doesn't need a reboot. It's getting a sequel. From what I understood, the first season adapted the first 100 or so chapters. They needed some time to let the manga get further. As of right now there's enough material for another season of the same length.

Oh okay, then. Thanks for the info! So I guess they're just pulling a Blue Exorcist...

Not really. It's normal to adapt manga ongoing manga/LN in multiple seasons. If they decide to end it when there's still more to the source material, we get anime original endings, which makes it difficult to continue. Blue Exorcist went anime original for nearly half the story and then they decided after all these years that it never happened and continued from the last point in the first season where it left off. That rarely happens. The only other anime I can think of that did that was Black Butler. Hopefully this catches on and other studios get the same idea. There are a lot of anime that simply made up a conclusion instead of waiting for there to be more material to adapt. Akame ga Kill is one that comes to mind.

Deadman Wonderland would also likely require a reboot since the anime was rushed and the studio is now bankrupt.

Definitely Berserk and Tokyo Ghoul.

Also maybe The World God Only Knows since they skipped so much.

A big part of me wants a new Bubblegum Crisis / AD Police. But at the same time I just know it would disappoint me.

A new Battle Angel Alita could also be awesome.

I do want a Tsubasa Reservoir Chronicle Reboot! I did enjoy the anime and decided to pick up the manga and then wished the anime followed the manga a bit more.

As for Bleach......I think it should just do what the Naruto Series did is continue it with another title. It would be nice to see the final arc animated.

I do agree with their point about fate/stay night I started the series with zero and though it was interesting and dark and then when I started fate/stay night it was just lacking and i was at a point of not caring anymore and was only watching the show for Gilgamesh just to see what he would do next.

With Soul Eater I don't even know if I would watch a reboot since I read the manga anyway. But I suppose if it did get the FMA brotherhood treatment I may reconsider it.

Tokyo Ghoul anime is a hot mess to be honest it should be rebooted and done right.

I'd really like for Tsubasa and xxxHolic to be rebooted by the same studio. Or at least two studios collaborating.
The interconnection of the stories was a particularly cool part of both manga series that was almost completely ignored for both anime.

I almost forgot about the xxxholic anime since I gave up on it and read the manga. I agree with you that the should do something like that for the anime adaptation.

I got the Hunter x Hunter and FMA reboots so I'm good. Would like a Claymore reboot though.
