Top 10 Anime That Should Definitely be Rebooted!
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hpyH0MPmUR4

most of the series on this list could use a reboot..

i lost interest in the Soul Eater anime so i switched over the the manga instead..

Akame ga Kill was obviously chopped to fit in 24 episodes

They should stop butchering series just to fit it in 12-26 episodes

Well they didn't have a choice on Akagame ga Kill considering the author didn't finish writing the last chapters on time.

The list was more of a anime that didn't get finished and deserve to be finished list than a list of anime that needs to be rebooted. Let's reboot series that deserve rebooting. But on the topic of unfinished anime, Pilot Candidate & Trinity Blood should be on this list.

#10 Kenshin was great for its era but it's found an end. The final arc never got animated well and it got horribly butchered in the 2nd OVA but otherwise, it's fine where it ended up. The 1st OVA was just godly and beautifully done.

Akagame ga Kill, the story itself is butchered because the author is so obsessed with death and likes to kill everyone off. It needs a makeover before it needs another season.

#4 Bleach? GTFO. It had it's LONG run already.
#2 Tokyo Ghoul was over-hyped, it will be hard to succeed w/ another season.
HM Rosario, this story was a little weird. I wouldn't mind another season but I wouldn't say it needs a reboot.
#1 I would really like Fate S/N to be remade by ufotable just for consistency. While they're at it, it'd be nice if they can do the other stuff from Nasuverse. The source material here is just godly

Ah, that video... Yeah, i came across to that by pure chance. But anyway, to answer, i'm going to comment about the animes i either seen or i know well enough. Ready?

Soul Eater: So, first one there is Soul Eater. As my favorite anime, it's got everything: great animation, excellent voice acting (both, japanese and english) and music. Sure, the ending is a bit disappointment, especially how Soul didn't become a Death Scythe but what the heck. Yes, I HAVE read the manga and know it ends. Still, i would like to see this one "remastered". How cool would that be?

Akame ga Kill!: Ah, Akame ga Kill!. I don't think i need to go this again but both manga and anime share the same flaw. Some characters die too early. Why? But in the anime's case, once it reaches it's ending, characters just start to die. Then the biggest flaw has to be the ending. It's okay, but it could've been LOT better. Since the manga has now reached it's end, i don't want spoilers how it end. Let me see it myself.

Bleach: Bleach? Rebooted? I saw that coming? Nope. Sure it would be better rebooted but: First of all, who's got time to watch all 366 episodes again? Certaintly i don't. Secondly and finally, since the manga reached it's end, wouldn't it be better to just continue where the anime left off? Discuss.

Tokyo Ghoul: I haven't watched this but considering all the comments and such i seen, this one needs to be redone. Not much else to say.

Chaos; Head: Worth it or not? Likely yes.

Fate (franchise): Another one i haven't seen but this one brings one question: How much more they're gonna make? And there's Fate/stay night: Heaven's Feel coming later this year? Okay but how long this can go on?

Here's something i want redone:

Yamada-kun and the Seven Witches: As one of the biggest disappointments of 2015, the good thing about this? Voice acting. The rest, not so much. Considering that the manga appears in Weekly Shonen Magazine, this one is absolutely rushed. If you know it well enough, great but in case you don't, allow me to give short version. Some characters nor plot elements don't appear at all. Same i could say about the ending. It's okay but...

And that's there's all to say. i may edit this when i have more time.

Finally, note that these are my personal opinions (as usual, duh).

Those are not the only FATE series coming this year.
There a bit more.

Right. I included Heaven's Feel because it was in the video and i didn't bother to check Wikipedia or such.

Another season really couldn't be done without being anime-original material. That's the primary reason those that read the manga want a more faithful reboot. Except perhaps for cramming panty-shots in every other moment, I don't believe the first series strayed too far off course, but apparently the second series was a different story.

That would be a continuation, not a reboot. A reboot is starting the story over again from the beginning. You would be hard pressed to find anyone that wants that for Spice and Wolf. In contrast, you would find a large number of people agreeing on a continuation.

The only chance we'll ever see any more of Akame ga Kill anime is if they adapt Zero and that won't even have near much as material as the main series.

Soul Eater is also my top choice for reboots.
Claymore and Gakuen Alice (such an underrated series) deserves a reboot too.

Akame ga kill anime follows the manga pretty closely until episode 20 ?

they had plenty of materials to fill the remaining 4 episodes.. but i guess they decided to give the series an ending and be done with it..

i read the last chapter of Akame ga kill recently.. and it's interesting how the fate of some characters in the manga are the same as the anime.. so i guess there's probably will not be a reboot..

As defined by the video, he says "we will be looking at the anime that we believe should be remade to follow the original source better, or need to be revitalized and given a sequel series to continue the original plot."

It would be nice to see a reboot of InuYasha, Ranma 1/2 or Urusei Yatsura

Although recent, Chihayafuru needs a 3rd season. I would not mind a continuation of Slam Dunk.

Why would you reboot a show that is faithful to the source material as well as still looking decent for the time it came out. Only thing Yu Yu Hakusho needs is the chance for Togashi to write the final arc the way he originally wanted to

My only quirk about InuYasha is that they should have done more episodes on the last season. They put a decent enough emphasis on Sesshomaru (because we all know Sesshomaru did all the work and Kagome just ks'd at the end), but they made it seem like Sesshy just gave up, whereas in the manga it was a much more serious development. So redo just the last season.

Yeah the anime and manga go together pretty well, except for the last few episodes. My point is that the whole story is EFFED-UP. They would need to quite literally reboot the entire anime AND manga.

I'd like to see a big budget Dirty Pair Adam Warren style with ultra tech just going crazy and the girls getting the blame.

Ranma 1/2 and Yu Yu Hakusho could use a good HD remaster. I'd watch that before I'd watch Bleach again.

Some things never got a fair shake like Battle Angel and 3x3 Eyes.

I'd probably watch all the way through Naruto if they would put the thing in sequential order, ban all flashbacks, recaps, filler, and general drawn out nonsense. The whole first test in the forest sequence should have been maybe 4 episodes including the boss fights.
