So, if I've watched some episodes of an anime on another site before continuing here, is there a way to manually mark them as watched?

The "official" method is that If you put the show(s) in your queue and watch from there, you only have to play the last 30 seconds of just the last one you watched, and the queue will show up to date and continue correctly from there.

Unofficially, there is an extension for the Chrome browser written by one of the mods that you can read about here: /group/Beardfists_Programming_Corner
Among other features, you can mark an entire show page or even single episodes as watched (or even unwatched so you can start over).

For entire series, Right-click on the icon, then choose "Options" then scroll down for Mark actually watched, then visit the show page and click new "Mark Watched" button under the show image, (under add to queue)

For individual episodes, on the show page, there will be a new choice right after "Newest" and "Oldest" to click "Mark Episodes", then check marks will show up in gray. Click them individually to mark just one.
