Hm... Whatever I would do if I was not happy with the service, it would not be good. If I was unhappy with a fancy restaurant, I would make a reservation there again and dump a bunch of bug larva in the restaurant while waiting for the meal. That kind of thing.

Your profile pic along with this comment is kinda creepy. It works.

When I'm disappointed with service, I simply go to another place.

People nowadays are too angry and sad. Why waste your time and get mad? I have never fought with customer service or with someone who gave me a bad service. Just leave them and move on.

Depends on service i usually try and solve issue at the store.
I have reported to Better Business like i said each case different.

What goes through peoples heads when they do something so stupid like this? Do they actually think that they will get away with it? Is a $300 phone worth risking peoples lives and doing thousands in property damage to the store and their car? She should lose her license for good, and I hope the insurance company doesn't pay for the damage. If I don't like the customer service I get I leave and don't come back. I'll also write a letter to the company if the mood strikes me.

If I don't like their service, I don't go back and recommend to others to avoid them due to lack of customer service. Word of mouth can make or hurt a business. If the service is lacking in one franchise such as T-mobile, I would go to another. I have gone to a T-mobile store that is out of my way than those nearby due to their customer service.

In her case, she was wacko, like the others that call 911 because there are no chicken nuggets or set a store on fire. I often wonder how they manage to make it this far in life? Mom must have dropped them a couple of times.

This is usually my first reaction when it comes to a company with multiple locations/franchises. T-Mobile is definitely one that I've had a lot of interaction with (even between different states). I've encountered some trying to kick me off of the "Jump! On Demand" program (apparently, someone at corporate decided it was a bad idea to allow customers to upgrade their device at any time ... lol). When this happened, I went from the nearest T-Mobile location (inside of a mall) to the one further away that I've known has simply followed the "Jump! On Demand" program without fault (I give them a phone, tell them what phone I want, walk out without paying anything).

I wonder this quite a bit when it comes to these kinds of stories. I mean, how do they justify this kind of reaction when they're about to do it? It's not like all of these people have been characteristically problematic (that's the strange thing). Some just simply snap and go on one of these rampages. Running a vehicle through a building? What are you going to do, reverse and hope for the best when you zoom off? I understand that it's possible to rationalize anything (joys of the human mind) but it's just a bit strange how it happens "all of the sudden" over something that's not really that damn important (like a phone? lol).

Well, for one as much as I would love to give Verizon (which is the service provider I'm currently using) a piece of my mind, I would never even think about driving a car into a store. There are quite a number of ways to make your frustrations known without resorting to vandalism such as social media, but being just one customer won't change the way my service provider operates. I would just switch to someone who will pay the ETFs for me and that's that. Nothing too extreme like that required to vent my frustrations.

there are formal/civilized ways go solve a problem..

violence, property damage, etc.. should not be the answer.. since you crossing the line.. even if you are right in the first place.

now a day. with social media.. if you got it on video/audio.. it will spread like fire.

i rarely need to contact BBB.. but for the times that i did.. always get the issue resolved quickly within 24-48 hours.

the girl/woman in the video was the prime example of the entitled/spoiled brats of the 21st century..

she was lucky that it was not a T-mobile store around here....

the stores that were robbed.. i heard their employees are armed.. so having some maniac driving an SUV into a store.. eh.. it can end badly for her..
