Every night between 8pm EST and about 12:30am EST I cannot start any episodes. This has happened for roughly the last week and a half straight. It's always during the same period and any other time of the day I experience zero issues with playback. Can anyone explain to me what is going on? Frustrating that the time frame of the day I have time to watch is the time that doesn't work. Making me reconsider paying for premium.

CR has been suffering a series of DDoS attacks over the last couple weeks, as evidenced by numerous other threads in the Help sub-forum, and this may be affecting app functionality.

I understand DDoS attacks can happen but to be legit from that time frame every single night? That doesn't seem likely. With the average DDoS attack the time frames would vary.

I have the exact same issue with Xbox One app, no way to watch during evenings.

*Bump*

Having the same issue with my android device currently, keep getting the "There was a problem playing the video, please try again..etc etc." error message.

Tried relogging, clearing app cache and data with a reinstall but the problem persists. Any light admin could shed on this would be great.

Having the same issues on my Sony Smart TV and on my android phone. "There was a problem playing the video. Please try again, or contact support if the problem persist. " while trying to watch the new Gintama or drifters.
