^ I'm getting this every time I try to watch something. Can you guys bring some extra servers online to handle the traffic?

^ Got that trying to go to the home page. It's a very detailed error message. I'm sure your technical support staff will be able to make use of this. When you tell them about it, give them my name too. That way they know who is being the most helpful diagnosing their problems.

I've gotten the same doing pretty much anything on CR for the last few days. I don't know when it started because I have not been on a lot lately, until I realized how awesome this season is going to be. I pretty much have to refresh pages between 1 and 4 times to get where I need to go...

I rarely get the page doing the "Sorry an error occurred" anymore however I do keep getting the html error 500 but as far as I know that is because CR got or is continuing to get attacked.

same here,
site still broken for this entire month so far. id get a second account... if it would help CR hire someone to get the site working.

obviously they don't have anyone on staff who can handle this.

This is happening more often than it should. So far I get HTTP 500 error every time I try to go to a different page. Refreshing the page for the most part gets me but its concerning that this has been an issue for such a long time. I hope CR comes up with a solution.

Yeah, I got that error while making a purchase for a friend's membership. I received a confirmation that the order went through, but then in my order history I have an order for today and an order for tomorrow of the same thing but only one is properly addressed to my friend. I did not back button or anything during my order even with the error message. I only wanted to buy a membership for her and it's enough money that I don't want two charges to even try using one myself, I just want the one I didn't make cancelled.

Problem is when I write the message about having an issue, upon completing and sending I get the page error message again.

Anyone have ideas at least to prevent the second order?

Getting this every time I try and load a page. Refreshing constantly helps load pages, but nothing makes videos load. All I can do is look at the queue full of videos that won't load.

Ditto. 500 server error, or 400 -- when accessing the Crunchyroll Manga app, it frequently hangs when requesting (turning to) a new page.

The worst is the Manga app home screen. I get no content (no splash image of the popular manga) and no list. VERY FRUSTRATING FOR PREMIUM MEMBERS.
