Credit Card Problems

Why can't people use their credit cards to get Premium? This has been going on for a month now and I've tried using another card than the one on file to renew my membership. Both cards are good and nowhere near their limits. I have contacted customer support and got a reply on Dec. 26 acknowledging my message. Then I got another one on Jan. 13 asking if I'm still having that problem. Yes I am.

What's being done to fix this? Do you have any idea when it may be resolved? I'm getting awful tired of having to wait a week to see new episodes and then having to endure commercials. If I was fine with that I'd never have gotten a Premium membership to start with.

A year ago to this month I was able to use my credit card for a yearly subscription but it now seems it no longer works, I have my payment on auto renew and it appears to have automatically cancelled. I also checked my bank account and didn't see a Crunchyroll charge.

But my account seems to still be in premium status, so I can't switch it over to PayPal even if I wanted to...

This issue was finally resolved by having customer support delete my account enabling me to reregister. I can even use the same name and password. I just wish it hadn't taken a month to get this fixed.
