I'm curious.

People often conflate fascism with evil because "muh nazis" but most people actually do have some very fascist views.

Take this test: http://www.celebritytypes.com/fascism/test.php

post results, you will probably be shocked and maybe learn something.

This is my one:

That poll is heavily biased, I got 36% and still got "Fascist Fellow-Traveler". Additionally the phrasing of the questions were encouraging certain answers e.g:

"All people are essentially worth the same, no matter their race, gender, nationality, or IQ."

Well people are not all the same, but the bigger issue is conflating race, gender and nationality with IQ.

Not really, the easiest example would be to point to Africa and say because of their poverty they are not equal to us in culture or IQ. that statement would be correct.

You are 28% Fascist, which makes you
Not Fascist.

While your political outlook may share a few (or even quite a few) of fascism's fundamental doctrines, it is overall safe to say that your political orientation is *not* a fascist one. Now, you may find this result unsurprising, but in reality, most people have at least some points of agreement with fascism since fascism is really a mix of communism, socialism, conservatism, and liberalism, with a few innovations of its own thrown in. Hence, adjusting for these factors, even though your fascism percentage might seem quite high, there is really nothing surprising about these agreements, when viewed in their proper historical context, so rest assured: Your political beliefs are definitely not fascist.

Is Crunchyroll normally this bad? This completely misses the point, my issue is that the question conflated several different issues in order to get the result that the questioner wanted. This is a big issue in the social sciences. Researchers can sometimes get misleading results in surveys due to the wording of the questions the ask. Check out the link:

On the other hand I guess I can see why you posted a fascist propaganda piece.

Just because a place suffers from poverty doesn't mean that the culture or IQ there is less than equal to other more improved places of living. Yes, there may be better education in the more improved areas, but there have been several smart and well known people that have come from poverty stricken areas. So no, your statement is not correct. Not only that, I wouldn't trust in a test that's on a site called celebritytypes. That just sounds like they have shallow tests on there, like which celebrities personality do you have and not something actually deep that means anything.

37%, and I'm sure it'd be lower if some of the questions would be a bit more specific.

Not surprising, I am rather libertarian on some issues - particularly that two consenting adults' business is not that of the state, and that gun control is using two hands and firing in controlled bursts, but I am still mostly center-right when everything is combined in my political spectrum.

32% Oh, okay. Doesn't really matter to me. Seeing the words "not Fascist" neither validates nor invalidates what I think. This quiz is an interesting exercise.

Fascism Test
Testing your degree of fascism
You are 23% Fascist, which makes you
Not Fascist.

A couple of the questions are a little vague though.

Yes because a culture that believes they can cure AIDs infections by raping infants is equal to a culture that put a man on the moon.

But the statement didn't claim "All people are essentially the same," it was "All people are essentially worth the same," which can point to thinking of people as inherently valuable as a principle, even though you don't claim they're literally the same in all respects.

28%, about what I was expecting given the results seen in this thread so far.

Still a shit test though.

Result:

Thoughts:

Regarding the test itself, there are a few questions that are too open-ended to really yield an appropriate use-case if they were polling the individual taking the test. Instead, it's just one of those "semi" fun tests that are usually shared on social media between friends. It tries to be objective about things as possible, which is still better than some of the tests/exams in this line of thought.
