Sorry if this is in the wrong spot as I am unable to find where to place it.

Earlier today I noticed that all of my subtitles were inherently set to french, a language that I neither chose nor speak. I checked my account settings and fixed it.

Later this same day I noticed that it was back to french. I went to change my password and it said it was incorrect. I also never received any email stating that my password had been changed.

At this time I have been able to change my password and updated my information, but this leaves me a little concerned.

You likely used the same password across multiple websites. According to haveibeenpwned.com passwords associated to your email address have been stolen in 10 major breaches. You should set new, unique passwords for everything you use online.

Also remove any device you do not recognize from the devices settings on Crunchyroll.

Changed password, changed it on email address, changed everything. Still having the same issue. Someone is using my account without permission.

Then there may be some sort of bug in the system. Subtitle language defaults keep changing and my watch history has stuff going into it that aren't from me.

Did this happen shortly after you changed your password? Or a day after?

Is your email account properly secured? Anyone being able to log in this long after you changed your password hints at a second vector for them to access your account.

Yes its secured, nobody can log in but me, there is no hint for the password.

The only other device that doesn't come from my IP address should be my cell phone which is of course locked as well.

The same thing is happening to me. I noticed several shows added to my queue that I didn't recognize. I changed my password and deleted all devices except my own PS4 from the Devices list. Fast forward 3-4 days, and another show has been added. I checked my watched history and there are a ton of watched shows that are not from me.

Same thing happening to me. Pls tell me if you found the issue as I am getting really frustrated and considering canceling my premium subscription.Thanks.
