Most of the people I'm in uni with. I'm a senior in my program and there's other seniors who are so completely inept that it pains me to think that they'll be out in the job market in less than a year. The program I'm in is highly computer oriented and the vice-president of one of the student organizations for the degree had to ask where the File Explorer was on Windows last semester. And, in general, her work is atrocious - she always waits till the last minute and then cobbles something together that's full of typos and has poor grammar. Mind you, documentation is key in our field and it's imperative that the things you're documenting be legible in case they end up in court down the road.

That's just one example. There's many more and it feels like only a handful of people in the program take it seriously while the rest are just skating by on B's and C"s without a care in the world.

Definitely something that makes me angry at times. I suppose it's the same with most things people are passionate about. Like, if I was desperately trying to get a job and spent all this time polishing my resume, researching the company and preparing myself in every way - only to find out that someone's relative or friend was just given a free pass into the position I had been trying so hard to get that would anger me too.

Nothing.
Anger is a waste of time and energy.
Understand the root to any emotion and then proceed from there.
In the majority of situations where people are angry, it is due to the lack of power or control in the situation.
The illusion of control is the root of those kinds of issues.

Accept (or rather, embrace) the fact that the only person you can control is yourself and that the only situations you can control are the ones that rely only on your own actions.
Otherwise, anger is just going to bottle up over insubstantial things until it clouds your perspective on things.
