Do you have a strict diet or do you just eat whatever you want? Do you have a healthy snack you like to make sometimes?

I tend to have a medium to small sized breakfast (depending on the day) and then a salad or sandwich for lunch. Dinner (before 6pm) tends to be rather medium to large, depending on what's going on. A lot of the times, I tend to have a larger lunch if I'm traveling (business). It's hard to eat a salad at a restaurant when you know it's not going to be tasty nor healthy.. lol.

I eat what I feel like, which is typically to keep my system in balance. Too much grease and sugar without a balance of fruit and veggies and I start to feel like crap.

I usually eat whatever i want but going to the gym regularly makes my diet pretty flexible.

i don't really follow a diet. i just eat fruit and vegetables regularly and avoid sweets and salty foods. i also exercise every day.
that's pretty much it.

I try as much as I can to snack on fruits and veggies rather than chips and other salty foods.

But you know what's killing me? Gas station hot dogs. I buy em' once a week and it needs to stop.

I eat whatever I want, and I can't seem to gain weight....though I am pretty active, so that definitely helps.

I defiantly don't want to be that guy. But I walk by those rollers and see those juicy dogs for like a buck and I can't help myself. I know they're soooo bad for me. Now we got the chili/cheese dispenser and that thing looks like satan.

i have a very strict high protein diet and i exercise twice a day, 5 days a week. I don't really snack because i don't have time for that but if i do it's just fruit that i have. On my rest days my guilty pleasure is beetroot brownies...they are life.
