Upon learning that I had celiac disease in 2011 and a severe dairy intolerance in 2013, my diet has completely shifted. I used to eat and drink anything at any time. Today, people often comment about how I eat in comparison to others. I'll be eating a homemade soup while everyone else around me eats fast food and chocolate.

Here is what I do:
-Eat a breakfast that makes me feel full. Typically this is oatmeal with flavored protein powder and flax or chia seeds. I don't care for it, but I try to add things like berries or honey to make it more edible.
-Always eat a protein and a complex carbohydrate together
-Eat smaller, more frequent meals
-Drink water between meals and several cups before breakfast
-Eat real food. I eat very little processed food. Gluten free bread, pasta, and oatmeal are about as processed as I go.
-I make my own meals then eat leftovers for lunch rather than ordering something at work

I just eat everything, nothing can escape my hunger, the secret to my skinny figure is a fast metabolism and a very physically demanding job

-If you want a more tone body and flatter stomach then you need to outright quit drinking soda of all flavors and minimize your sugar consumption, especially if your not too physically active.
-Drink lots of water throughout the day.
-Eat more unsaturated fats like pistachios, walnuts, red meats, fish and boil vegetables. It works wonderfully for me, but this is really for those with lots of will power. Avoid consuming too much caffeine too.

For the most part, I don't restrict my diet, but I do try to get healthy foods into me. And I try to eat real food, not processed crap. Oats for breakfast because it helps lower cholesterol. Good fats like avocado. Other things like carrots with Bitchin' Sauce, whole milk yogurt, eggs from my free-range chickens, etc.

I guess deep down I like to eat fats, sugars, proteins, and carbohydrates in disproportionate amounts.

I TRY to eat healthy, I feel like the reason I'm not that healthy is cause of desserts, they are definitely a big part of my diet xD I'm not the type of person to buy Oreos and candy bars and eat them all the time, more just that I really like to bake as a hobby, specifically sweet things, and when your making sweets all the time...of course you gotta eat them, right? So I eat way more dessert now than I used to, whoops. But I do try to get veggies and fruits in my diet more now, like now I'm eating frozen mix vegetables wow xD And I try to make healthier desserts? I dunno like I made this cookie dough thing with chickpeas it was really good tbh. Also I heard water is good for you and I'm trying to drink more of that too. I really like nuts or scoops of nut butters with some milk or something as a "healthy" snack. And chickpea cookie dough dip :')

But I never work out, I'm just a lazy potato. I have fast metabolism so I still look okay I think?

I eat fruits and vegetables, and try to drink a lot of water. That being said, I have a horrible sweet tooth, so when I see chocolate cake, I eat first and think later!

I don't eat much because I tend to be picky and only like to eat food that blows me away.

Even then, I account for my physical activity level and I won't eat as much if I know I won't be moving around very much.

I don't follow a particular diet, but I try to follow what seems like good advice, based on the ridiculous amount of time I've spent reading about healthy living. Mainly it comes down to three points that I am totally ripping off from someone who's name I can't remember: Eat food. Not too much. Mostly plants.

Cooking for myself and buying ingredients rather than prepared foods is immensely helpful in maintaining a healthy diet, if I pay attention.

I also try to limit sweeteners and certain things I consider "junk food," but I'm not very strict about it [READ: I have the world's worst sweet-tooth].

I eat lotsa fruits and veggies for snacks and try to incorporate them into my meals. As well as mostly drinking water, I drink green tea. But I occasionally have splurges... Like really bad splurges. Where I just eat nothing but shit all day. I like junk food too much.

Carrots and peanut butter for a snack instead of something trash. It's been proven by SCIENCE!!! that people who watch movies don't even notice they are eating stale popcorn or fresh popcorn. So... eat something healthy and by the end of your show, you just ate an entire broccoli tree or an apple.
