White meat, vegetables, fruit and lots of water. Bread every now and then as well.

My body has kinda developed this thing where I can kinda tell what it needs. So sometimes I can just tell when I need a frit or a veggie or I will get a stomach ache from too much sugary foods.

But I love to eat apples, bananas, strawberries, corn, beans, lettuce, green peppers, and plenty of grains.

I'm not too much into milk, but I love having a good bowl of cereal in the morning. I also love tacos, so that helps me get a good amount of veggies and then I just refuse to buy too many sugary foods/fatty foods so I don't eat them.

I eat an apple a day everday at work. I try to drink lots of apple juice and orange juice (sugar i know but i drink the 100% juice ones), i drink lots of water and coconut water.
I do buy water mellon and strawberries and peaches n stuff. I try to eat salad with meals. I will often make a salad consisting of lettuce, tomato, cucumber, green capsicum and carrot, no dressing.
I eat tomatoes alot. Try to eat carrots alot.
Even though its not always healthy due to salt or sweet sauces and duck is fatty as is pork belly and etc i eat alot of Asian food. Love that bok choy!
I use pink rock salt as opposed to white salt.
I eat multi grain bread instead of white. I dont eat them enough but oats are very very good for you. A super food and absorbs cholesterol.
I like beetroot and mushrooms.
Unsalted nuts.
But i eat and drink alot of bad stuff also.
