How do you perceive death? Do you believe people have the right to die?

Death is a strange thing. As I see it death is just an unknown thing that is just a natural thing. Everything eventually has to meet an end. While this is the case I am somewhat optimistic towards it. I wonder if there is anything beyond it? Perhaps death is a good thing? I'm unsure how to explain it but it makes me curious to see if I am correct however there isn't a real way to test that without going all out.

The right to die. This is a strange thing to explain. Do you believe people have the right to die? Say for example someone wants to die and you can't talk them out. Do you believe they have the right to die? Or do you think they don't have the right to do such a thing? I personally think people have the right to die if they desire to do such. (That is a strong desire as I would attempt to talk them out at first)

How do you perceive death? Do you believe people have the right to die? What is your perspective on someone's death?

(Added that last little question)

All beginnings have their end, people shouldn't worry about dying but more about living, make the most of your life and when the reaper comes go with a smile

Do people have the right to die, sure suicide is a choice everyone is free to make. Do I have to respect their weakness no not really, but my opinion isn't really the issue or the point here. Freedom of choice is something I as a person have always and always will believe in even if I don't necessarily support their choice. After without choice none of actions would mean nothing, would mean less then nothing.

And if that choice is to end your life so be it, at least you had the chance to make a choice. And I will fight to the death for your right to choose to paraphrase a certain french philosopher.

I find death to be the end of one thing and the beginning of another. A physical life will end here, but in my eyes a metaphysical one will begin or continue depending on how you live. In a way, death is a doorway, once you enter it you'll leave this world behind, and enter a whole new one. Depending on your beliefs, it could be a world of your choosing or not of your choosing. I see one's fate ultimately being left to their own hands how things will end up.

That being said, while I do believe people are "given" life, it is their choice what to do with it since it is now their life. It's like a present, once given from someone else, it is up to you what to do with it - use it, love it, throw it away, burn it, whatever you will it to be really. It's up to each person to decide what value a life is and then say to themselves what they want theirs to amount to. After that, you can then analyze if you want to believe in more than just resting in the ground after death.

As far as my opinion goes, I'd rather believe in an afterlife of my own choosing. I never liked being told what to think and to just accept what I was told so I formulated my own idea and outcome of what I wanted to happen after my expiration. I find it much more fun and hopeful to believe I can create my own paradise after death instead of ceasing to exist or being told where to go because of how I behaved here.

death is the end once you die all that's left is whatever you've done in life that may have made a lasting impression and a corpse. and i believe people should have the right to end their own especially for example people with a incurable disease such as some sort of cancer or such.
