Rarely, but some anime/manga that have literally made me LOL:

Gintama
Hajime no Ippo
Prison School
YuruYuri
YuYuShiki
Love Lab
And others that don't jump to mind right away...
Oh, One Piece...

Gintama, Ippo, and Prison School for sure though. Multiple times.

Rarely. There are only a few so-called "comedies" that really made me laugh.

Sometimes. Gintama had me laughing for entire episodes straight. (Though towards the end it was mostly just gasping for air)

Do I actually laugh when I watch comedy anime? I was honestly surprised to find answers less than "l literally become roflcopter for some shows".

Maybe I shouldn't be surprised.

Maybe I laugh way too easily than I should.

Maybe not everyone is watching Gintama, which is clearly the likely culprit. But yeah, not surprised at all with all the Gintama comments lol. 100 episodes into it, and it's constant need to wreck the 4th floor has me dying every time. In one episode, one character literally plays a video of the previous episode as evidence to incriminate Gintoki xD.

Heck, some of the references made in this thread made also made me laugh out loud.

It's fairly easy for many anime to get a chuckle or a genuine smile out of me, though not much more.

Of what I can name at the top of my head, Osomatsu-san and Gintama definitely gave me laugh out loud moments.

Gintama is probably the only one that makes me laugh loudly

Watamote and My Mental Choices are Completely Interfering with My School Romantic Comedy (and isn't that a mouthful?!) had me laughing so hard I was in tears. Sakamoto was another one that had me laughing. Usually a funny moment will generate at least a smile or a chuckle and that's it though.

I absolutely do. If something is funny, I'll often literally laugh out loud. Galko-chan from a few seasons back had me laughing almost the entirety of each episode.

Anime is actually one of the few things that can get a reaction out of me at all, so yes. It feels nice to show emotion to something for once and laugh naturally. ^.^

I think the last anime I laughed at was Rider, and it was just laughing along with him at some good old merriment to be had!

Yeah, some freaking hilarious anime like Gekkan Shoujo Nozaki-kun or Nichijou had me laughing out loud every single episode.

I marathoned Nozaki-kun and my cheeks hurt from laughing so much. I really enjoyed Kiss Him, Not Me, and Gabriel Dropout is a new one that has me laughing every episode.
