I'm a member of DeviantART however this has been discussed not just on DeviantART but numerous other places Ive been to as well. So I wanted to get more opinions on it, questions just that have been on my mind, and discuss how the the Anime/Manga industry is doing present day.

1. Do you think Anime/Manga or other Comic work is Art?
2. How do you think the Anime Industry is fairing in the U.S. Or wherever you might live?
3. Has Manga become too commercialized for its own good?
4. Has the industry become cheaper in the type of productions it releases?
5. Do you feel that recently their have been too many stereotypical animes/mangas then in the past?
6. Do you feel that in general the Japanese (Korean etc.) publishers have been handling things well enough for the new anime/mangas to have success?
7. Do you feel that in general the (Insert Country) publishers have been handling things well enough for the new anime/mangas to have success?
8. How do you think the Anime/Manga industry will do in the future? (Very important)

1. Writing and drawing are forms of art, putting them together won't change that fact.
2. Sadly, usually only mainstream anime make it big here in the Philippines.
3. Not really.
4. Some of them.
5. Seems to be so, but with some exceptions.
6. I suppose so.
7. It's not really advertised much here, except for in hobby shops, so its hard to say.
8. They're riding a rising wave, they'll do well, even here when there's barely any advertisements.
