Not sure if this is supposed to be in this specific sub thread but I've been on Premium for a while now and got a new credit card. I forgot to update my info right away so naturally my payment on my canceled card failed. Now I'm trying to update it and I get an Error when I click on Payment methods and when I go into my membership is says Free and gives the Update Status button but when I click on that it says "Sorry, you are ineligible because you already had a free trial or are currently a Premium Member". And I'm definitely not on a free trail unless it puts you into a temporary one if your premium runs out. Any help is welcome. Thanks!

Things are probably hung up as a result of the payment failure on the old card. I suggest contacting customer support directly, using the /contact form to get it sorted out.
