Shit-post your thoughts about breakfast.

Why would we need to shit-post instead of just, you know, post?

Breakfast is important. I always eat breakfast. Simple and regular during the week -- oatmeal with fruit and nuts and almond milk, plus a cup of coffee--usually the healthiest meal of my day. I mix it up more on weekends. Sometimes waffles, sometimes bagel with cream cheese, sometimes a breakfast sandwich, or eggs and homefries, maybe some sort of weird omelette-esque thing, or I buy an egg sandwich and hash browns at the cafe. But sometimes breakfast is plain and simple leftovers. Like cold pizza.

First meal of the day is usually around 1PM for me. Coffee and something moderate. Not really a fan of pancakes but I don't hate it either. A sunnyside up with some parmasean and basil would be good.

French toast, made with cinnamon bread. Of course, with the complimentary scrambled eggs and breakfast sausage :).

The best breakfast is taking a sunny side up egg and flipping it yoke side down onto some heavily buttered toast. The yoke and butter mixes together. Yum yum :P

Noooo! See I don't do that with toast, I prefer dipping the toast just before eating it, because otherwise it gets soggy! Unless, ofcourse, I'm making a breakfast bap, then everything has to go in together

I am sorry, I have been mistaken. Ofcourse we should indeed engage in regular discussion on the topic of the most important meal of the day.

Sounds good though!

My life has sort of written 'breakfast' as a concept out of it. I eat things people think of as lunch or dinner items more or less all day. I eat "breakfast" items when the mood strikes me, whether that be at 8 pm or 4 am.

I no longer have a 'breakfast' psychoconceptual construct.

I keep to a fairly strict regimen so I eat a small bowel of oatmeal every morning, sometimes paired with a piece of fruit and/or a single waffle.

I usually skip breakfast, cause I get a upset stomach afterwards.

"Up and go" is not for when you need to "up and go" If you run after eating, you'll get sick.

My Breakfast (2/3/2017):

- Scrambled Eggs (2)
-- with green onions and spices
- Field Roast Apple Maple Sausage (Vegan)

I'm not a fan of pork sausage, so I tend to eat vegan ones (they taste better, personally).

I don't always eat breakfast, but when I do, cinnamon rolls are the best.
