Hi y'all, I don't know if you guys already stumbled upon this one. I'm trying to change my credit card setting for my premium account, but for somewhat reason I keep getting an error page. is there a email or something I can refer to contact the admins?

Sorry I can't help as a mod.. I put this in the support section in case someone who can help sees it, otherwise using /contact is probably your best bet.

I had auto payment setup and it was working fine for two years till it stopped accepting my card for some reason. So i ended up using paypal instead with the same card with no problems at all, not sure what's up with that

Edit: oh if you're getting an error page it usually goes away in a day or two. I had that problem too

Is it working again? The automatic cancellation after payment failures takes about 24 hours to process.

The mods are aware of the situation. This problem has been ongoing for 2 months now. I would not hold your breath about getting it fixed either. Right now the only thing that works is paypal.
