I cancelled my previous credit card so I had to swap in a different card to continue my Premium+ subscription, however the payment was declined. I contacted support and they told me my account was cancelled due to a payment failure (I already know this). I was gifted a 30 day free trial of premium for the inconvenience. When watching Crunchyroll last night the 30 day of free premium was not active and I had to watch through all of the ads.

Upon going to my account settings to resub I noticed a number of account errors and inconsistencies as detailed in the image below.




It says I still have Premium membership? I don't, I've checked. Ads while trying to watch Naruto, bleh.
It says my next billing cycle is June 18, 2016? How is that even possible?
It says I have an active payment from May 18, 2016? What?




Notice there is no credit card information because I have since removed my card from my account.

Upon trying to resub to Premium it says I am unable to do so because I have already have a Premium account. I mean I don't, but it says I do in my profile so maybe it thinks I do? Ok, what if I try to cancel my account. It takes me to a account cancellation survey and this happens.




So now I'm not sure what to do. Your web front-end is broken, I can't cancel, I can't resub, and the gifted free premium doesn't work.

Please, a little help.

The forums are primarily for user-to-user support. In order to fix you're account, something will need to be reset, so you'll need to continue working with customer support for a resolution.

Or do what I did and move over to VRV.co (once they've added regional support for Canada).
