Seems cheaper than the gold flake parfait at Serendipity 3 in Vegas, and on a side note, I thought gold was toxic to the body when ingested in moderate amounts.

Gold is considered biologically inert. It is the impurities in less than pure gold that cause some of the problems over time. Gold itself is not absorbed.

Then that means when you take a dump, you are literally flushing your money down the toilet.... Unless, that is, if you - recover the gold from the... um.... doo doo...

hell no, why are people eating gold in the first place?
I don't mind putting up a decent amount of money for a decent steak or at a fine restaurant for rare or hard to prepare dishes, but eating something expensive for the sake of it being expensive is just plain stupid.

The people who pay money for this kind of thing, have so much of it, that they can buy small third world country, and still have a shit ton more money where that came from.

Otakus willing to pay the price of a brand new Mercedes Benz on a six foot Godzilla Statue, or life size anime waifu, or a solid gold Ultra-man bust, are the likeliest sort to want to indulge in gold plated food.

I am deeply sorry, but there isn't enough gold in the world to make that possible.

*sigh*

I am truly sorry.

Don't worry. It gets recovered by waste management eventually. Gold foil only costs about $4.00 a pack, though.

$90 for a mediocre sushi roll? No thanks. I'd rather go to a decent sushi restaurant and have a few good ones for much less.
