I recently had some issues with my card, and I contacted support cuz I couldn't cancel it to add my new one. When I got it cancelled and tried to resubscribe, it said I already had premium. They said it was a bug and they gave me a 7 day pass while they fixed it. It worked fine the first couple days, but when I went to watch Spiritpact today, it said that I didn't have premium, but trying to upgrade it gave me the same error about already having premium. Is there any way to fix this?

I would /contact customer support again, and let them know that the gifted membership isn't working. They should be able to either manually cancel it from their system, or correct the premium benefits. If they cancel it, you can then try resubscribing with the new card.

I'm having this very exact problem. Hope everything works out. CR is starting to get on my nerves with all this issues lately. The issue though I can't add a new card as I will get an error message and when I try to upgrade I am told I am a premium member when I am no longer one. So I can upgrade.
