Are other people experiencing continuous issues accessing CR on their Roku? This is probably the fifth time in two months that I've had trouble logging in and accessing content. I wish support would send an email or text alert to show they're working on the problem.

It's possible CR is under another DDoS attack, and are trying to mitigate the effects (I noticed a Cloudflare verification page when logging in a few minutes ago). This may be affecting app functionality or performance.

I'm experiencing it also. Since there also seems to be some problems with reliable access to the website also, it could all be related. Combo of true heavy traffic, plus DDoS, as CR seems to be a frequent target of those lately.

I'm trying to watch Dragon Ball Super and can't even get the apps to start on Roku TV and Wii U (I guess it is because they are basically the same app) but I am also having trouble watch on PC because the video keeps stalling. Ugggggh

When your cookies for this site expire and you have to login you will always get that Cloudflare browser verification. There are definitely network issues now that is affecting the site as a whole, it is not Roku specific.

I've been getting it a lot too. Seems to happen mainly at night. It would get stuck in the loading screen and eventually just kicks me back to the main menu or video won't play. If they're getting DDoS so often, then they should at least let us know.

The Premium forum also has a number of threads about this going on over a month. With no resolution or response from crunchyroll. Its not just roku, their site in general is badly broken with 500 server errors all the time. The customer support for their service has been non-existent.

These forums do not seem to be the right place to let them know they have problems. I don't even know if anyone there reads them. Reporting it through the customer support chat, or website just gets a copy and paste response.
