England is a pretty decent place to live as long as you avoid London and the bigger cities (cost of living is getting fairly stupid now).
Chavs aren't all that big a problem, the media here finds them an easy target so has blown things 'hugely' out of proportion and it seems most folks here have fallen for it hook, line and sinker.

i like that people that are bitching about the chavs (and likely the other terms further north and such) as if its better in america.
the "chav" syndrome started in america, and its much worse from all i hear. we not only have the white gangsta time (wiggers), but we have the blacks who started it, the true moron thugs, the asians and hispanics who have now joined it. its a massive (and horrible) part of our retarded fucking country.
