Completed, and thank you for this. Since there are a lot of people here who complain you don't take anywhere outside NA seriously (despite the number of simulcasts you get for us) it is great to see yo valuing our opinions.

The survey raises a great point about the horrible shipping and import costs into the UK. I'd certainly buy more if Crunchyroll could import and sell from a UK facility.I think I paid £16 for a ReZero T-Shirt and a further £12 on shipping

I did it earlier from facebook, but seriously thank you for this. I know you get a lot of self-entitled people who seem to think you just restrict region licenses for the fun of it and don't actually bother to try to understand the difficulties involved in the licensing process, so hopefully this will help assuage such complaints for a while.

Having said that, please get NANA!

In future it would be nice to see more options for the manga section. I'm someone who both reads digitally (simulpubs and digital only content), but I also buy a lot of my manga physically and there wasn't a choice to reflect that so I ended up choosing digital in the hopes it puts faith into the CR service and sees you guys expand on it a bit.

Overall nice to see the UK side of CR being given the chance to give some feedback.

Thanks for doing this. It's great that you want to hear our thoughts and opinions, and titles requests. I found out about this on another forum and have sumited my answers. I hope this means will we might get more catalogue titles in the UK and Ireland (hopefully something I've been waiting to see). I filled in all 6 slots for requesting titles, but there is even more I'd like to see. I have already submited may title requests in the thread in the Premium Members forum, and will continue to do so as I think of them. It's great to see you take an interest in your members in the UK and Ireland.

I'm very happy we are getting a chance to have our voices heard, its quite upsetting to see how much US users get that we don't, while I can still find everything on the internet that I can't find here, I would prefer to be able to give back to the anime.

I hope you guys really listen to what we have to say, I want a Crunchyroll that is filled with anime and manga and even drama. A place I can go with the knowledge and confidence that I will be able to find what I am looking for and then a decade or more later come back and find it all over again. I hope one day that everything locked in the vault and blocked through licenses can be released and available for everyone and forever!

Personally I think Crunchyroll does a great job bringing almost all of the simulcast over here nowaday so mainly I'd just like to some the older catalog titles being brought over, it was nice to see that you're are listening to what people think in the UK and Ireland so thanks a lot for the survey

As another user said most of the manga options applied to me but I could only select one. I'd also like an increase in focus on the manga section since that's why I originally subscribed.

This is a wonderful thing to see. I'm really pleased that we're getting a chance to speak up. I realise that international licensing issues can be a pain, but coming out and talking to us about it like this is really encouraging. Even if it did give me a chance to see the absolute wall of anime that I can't watch here.

Of course, you've now got to actually do something with the results else it'll all be for naught. ;p But I am really hopeful after this; this is a lot more interaction/awareness than I've seen from most other sites with a premium subscription service. Thanks, CR.

done. hopefully goes towards less of the UK licenses falling to tat. they've screwed the pooch on super and sometimes I'd like the option not to glue my eyes to subs. yes I'm an ape that doesn't like to read but I do fear missing something on screen.

The manga question was poorly devised.

For one thing, there needed to be a "Other Legal Digital Manga"option, if not a list of other services. Kindle and Bookwalker are two that I use and there are bund to be others.

For another, it needed to be a multi-select question. People don't necessarily use just digital or just physical. I know I'm a digital-only reader but I also know I'm not exactly typical.
Similarly, people don't necessarily use just legal services or just scanlations.

And having more options and the ability to select more than one would end up giving better reports, anyway. A more useful picture of people's reading trends.

Personally, I don't read physical (for any books, not just manga), do use Kindle (legal and great for offline reading), Bookwalker (also legal and great for offline reading), scanlations (not legal, but great for offline reading) and don't really use CR Manga (no offline mode - absolute dealbreaker).

And I wouldnt be surprised if there are people who buy physical versions but also use digital versions (whether CR, ebook or even scanlation) for actual reading on the go.
