Someone who enjoys MMOs and being goofy. Someone who enjoys dirty jokes, cuddles, and Netflix on stormy nights. Someone who enjoys texting messages throughout the day about whatever is on our mind's. Someone I can fangirl to about video game/anime ships and can outship me. Someone I can Twitch stream together with and who doesn't mind my social awkwardness, but is probably just as awkward as me. -sighs-

A robot like that still wouldnt be a soul mate, since robots don't have souls.

Neither do humans though unless you believe in that kind of thing

I'm purely looking at the definition of the word soul right now. Not whether I believe it exists or not. Going by the definition of the word soul it's impossible for a machine/robot to have a soul.

Well yes but soulmates is just a concept of two people who are meant to be together "a person ideally suited to another as a close friend or romantic partner."

By that definition a robot can be a "Soulmate"

Incorrect. As said by you: "a person ideally suited to another as a close friend or romantic partner."
When you look up the definition of person this is what you get: the actual self or individual personality of a human being.
A robot =/= a human being

I personally consider humans to be people but w/e your right by definition right now it is incorrect.
But seeing as the ruling to see self-aware robots in the future as "Robotic people" the definition of person is likely to change soon.

To be fair it's just semantics in the end

My idea of a perfect soulmate is that individual that makes me think, "MISSION ACCOMPLISHED!!! Now on to elevation!"

As for looks, well obviously someone I find attractive, but I don't have any specific "check boxes."

So basically me.
