I'm picking randomly here so... Chaika the Coffin Princess. Mainly fantasy but it's more than that. And as a sidenote, it's the first anime i've watched in CR.

I started with some basic slice of life/comedy stuff, but we all have different tastes.
You should experiment around with different genres, find out what you like and dislike about them.
For action, One Punch Man is a pretty good start.
Nichijou is a pretty good starting point for comedy, that was my first anime.
