I ordered a shirt in 2 days ago. It said refunded? I didn't refund the shirt. (Btw this is pre-order shirt)

As sir_jamesalot indicates, the Advice, Info, Recommendations forum is not the right place for this inquiry, and the Crunchyroll Store forum would have been more appropriate, however although that is the right place for primarily peer to peer assistance regarding Crunchyroll's store services, it's not the best place for asking about specific billing and orders.

As you can see on that very screenshot, "If you feel any of the above is in error, please contact our support staff by using the contact form."

Therefore I've closed this thread. Please contact customer service directly regarding why the status of the order is "unfulfillable" and your payment has been refunded. I see from your order screenshot that that is the medium shirt which in your prior post in the Crunchyroll forum you indicated you'd ordered in error (wrong size), so it seems possible that it's related to that, but I don't really know.
