I see two emerging technological developments which are leading to an inevitable conclusion.
1) The first is that the Internet of Things is spreading to more and more household items.
2) The second is the advancement of AI.
The inevitable result of these two trends is the creation of angsty smart toilets that lament their inability sing in opera.
Opinions?

If you only take 20 seconds, you're probably experiencing a health problem and should see a doctor. I don't need a smart toilet to sing me a lullaby or order products. I need a dumb toilet that flushes away wastes the first time, every time, and we already have that.

There was this show where everyone in the future are dumb as a rock.. There was this guy in living room watching TV, sitting on his chair.. and when he had to go, all he had to do is pull his pant down and pull up his chair's lid and take a dump there.. He also had a guest there! XD

Imagine not having to missed out the movies, since you can take a dump right there! XD

No, you can sing opera, all you have to do is BELIEVE
And don't take the fact that people poop in you too personally.

Toilets: more rarified thoughts re micromanagement of the human condition at the behest of making money in the transformation:

Since humans can interchange synthetic body parts in lieu of lost limbs atm possibly in the distant future the body mainframe will be subdivided into regions: 1 starting at the cranial area to 200+/- bottom section of your feet for potential interchangeability like AI. If governmental bodies in the present era are used as an indicator might it not be refreshing in future to have the flexibility to interchange mind area in cranium for ass and vice versa. Thus, not only can we merely surmise this upon hearing audio in our thought processes like we do presently but the transformation could be codified, modified, mortified using cable, internet, social media as a paying proposition visual circus.

Given the right impetus for entrepreneurial guidance look at the cost savings for law enforcement. If some shithead is giving Society too much trouble and heartache just "round 'em up", swap out the parts. Police state is required. Free thinkers, freedom advocates need not apply.

Toilets: role could be minimalized in event interchangeable parts (ass, GI tract) malfunction and microorganisms within cannot be reprocessed into saleable soluble poultry feed.
