So, yeah I am in a bit of an interesting pickle that some people might go, "And this is a problem, how?" when they hear about it, but it is a problem to me.

So on February 7th, my subscription ended. To allow me to watch anime for a bit until my next pay day came in allowing me to buy another subscription, my friend gave me one of their 48-hour guest passes to use. So I used it, or at least tried to use it. You see the first three times I tried to redeem the pass, the page refused to load. It finally loaded on the fourth attempt, but what ended up happening is in my order history, it left 4 payment recordings:



In that pic it is the four listed for February 9th, with two being "completed" and two being "payment error".

I thought that was rightfully odd, but didn't think too much of it. So I went on my merry way watching anime through the 11th, when the pass should have ran out. Then it....just kept going, this time with the expiration set for the 13th. So I keep watching through the 13th, but it still didn't expire, now the expiration changed to the 15th. So I go through the 15th, and still no expiration, only this time it didn't update itself to say it expires on the 17th.



^ That was taken today, the 17th. It should have long been expired.

Anyways, on the 16th I got fed up waiting for it to expire and tried to just buy a normal subscription to see if that would fix anything. So I clicked on the big blue Renew Membership button seen in Pic #2, and was greeted with this:



It wouldn't allow me to go with a normal Premium membership(which is actually what I wanted), so forced to select the Premium+ membership, I try to buy a month of that to hold me off for just a bit, but despite my payment information for both credit card and PayPal being correct(I used both to buy from CR before), I was given these responses:



Ultimately I had to go through CR's online store to buy a month of vanilla Premium membership, which was the resulting orders you can see above the Guest Pass orders in the first pic, but as you can see from the second pic, that is merely listed as "prepaid", still waiting to be activated. So I beg of you, please help me with this because it is driving me crazy! I just want to give you guys my money....

This is something you'll want to /contact support for.
There's nothing normal users or moderators can do to help with account/billing issues and while someone with the right privileges might see your thread eventually, creating a ticket is likely to get you a faster response.

I only made this thread because going to the help website featured in the big orange banner ironically didn't help me because I couldn't find the section there that had anything to do with my issue.
