I've been reading the Spice & Wolf light novels. I'm on Volume 11, and there's...what 16? It's going to destroy me.

What really breaks my heart is when I found an anime and manga that I really liked and it just ends on a cliffhanger.

It depends on how good it is, I'm kinda like "what do I do with my life now?" lol. Eventually I move on tho.

Generally, no. ether 1 of 4 responses happen.

Dam, that was a good show. What's next on my priority list?
Dam, that was garbage. Glad that shit is over. Why the fuck did I watch all of Berzerk 2016 again!?!

or in the case of No Game No Life.

WTF is this bullshit cliffhanger! There were still like 7 more races to go though, and a chess match with god!

and in the case of Fairy Tail

Wait.... It's actually over? Not gonna pull a One Piece or Naruto? ok 8I (took me 2 entire weeks for it to sink it)

It only breaks me when it's a terrible ending. I'm looking at you Gundam: Iron-Blooded Orphans.

Yes! Same goes with games! Especially anime that touched my heart or really kept me interested. Like I want more! Why do you do this to me? Then I go look for another anime/game that will give me the same excitement and feeling. And if it was a sad anime/game, I'm like depressed for a whole week or two, because the show left me crying and because the show ended. Then it's like an addiction because I start looking for another one that will beat the crap out of my heart.

Pretty sure that the first few animes that did this to me are Code Geass and La Corda D'Oro.

But at the same, I'm glad it ended (?) It's nice to see shows that know where to end, as sad as that may sound to me. That way, they don't accidentally destroy it in some way, shape, or form. But then like, I rejoice if there's some more content. UGH! I have mixed feelings!
