Just finished ploughing through Netflix and looking for something to get into. So if anyone has any recommendations to check out would be much appreciated. Love the more Sci-Fi angled anime so anything in that vein would be great! Cheers ![]() Sci-Fi? I'm assuming you've seen Gurren Lagann & Gargantia as those are on Netflix. There are some other titles that Netflix and CR both share that are Sci-fi so I won't list those. So for starters: http://www.crunchyroll.com/a-certain-magical-index is quite enjoyable if you haven't seen it. Very enjoyable Sci-fi setting. The spin-off is considered better than Index by some (I like Index better myself), but you should wait till after you watch Index as Railgun has spoilers for both seasons of Index: http://www.crunchyroll.com/a-certain-scientific-railgun Actually I haven't heard of Gurren Lagann & Gargantia. I don't recognise the names, it might be different by country possibly? Or I just missed them. Shall add them to the list, thank you Np, I'd definitely say Gurren Lagann is a must watch if you like mecha/sci-fi Links to the Gurren Lagann & Gargantia if you need it: http://www.crunchyroll.com/gurren-lagann http://www.crunchyroll.com/gargantia-on-the-verdurous-planet Great - thanks for the list. My queue is now significantly longer than it was an hour ago Annoyingly both of these are not available in my region.... ahh well - there is still a huge amount available |

You may be able to find Gurren Lagann and Suisei no Gargantia (aka Gargantia on the Verdurous Planet) on Netflix, depending on your area I guess. With Gurren Lagann, avoid the dub, it's pretty bad. Also on Netflix: Knights of Sidonia
on CR: Cowboy Bebop Aldnoah Zero Kiznaiver Gatchaman Crowds Shingeki no Kyojin (Attack on Titan) Btooom! No.6 Galaxy Express 999 Captain Harlock Gundam: Iron-Blooded Orphans Gundam Unicorn Broken Blade Captain Earth Plastic Memories Moretsu Pirates (Bodacious Space Pirates) Shin Sekai Yori not on CR: Ghost in the Shell Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex Ghost in the Shell: Arise FLCL Akira Steins;Gate Neon Genesis Evangelion Ergo Proxy Eden of the East Darker than Black |

Only thing I can think of is World Trigger though it's long. It has 73 episodes and the story is a bit slow but in my opinion gets a bit more faster going toward the end. Despite it being a bit slow and long, it's pretty good in my opinion.
Edit: oh for something sci-fi and a lot of comedy Space Patrol Luluco is pretty hilarious in my opinion. |
