For the past few weeks there have been shows missing from the ps4 app. One piece is the main issue that i have been wanting to watch and it is nowhere to be found. I can access all shows from a pc. I have read that there have been some kind of internal problems with CR from other users and figured it would be corrected in due time. It has been at least 3 weeks and I have not seen an announcement or anyone mention the same problems that I am having. I have tried all of the typical fixes when problems arise and nothing works.

Is anyone having the same problem?

Is CR actually having issues at the moment?

Why doesn't CR make regular announcements when problems arise?

CR lacks communication, especially when it comes to technical problems and their paying customers. I discovered CR back in 2013 and have been a premium member ever since. I enjoy using CR on my ps4. Please fix it or tell me how to fix it. At the very least make a damn announcement.

Have you checked the Mature Content Filter settings: /acct/?action=video?

Yes I have checked.
I have followed all other recommended actions that i could find on crunchyroll as well.

If you are entirely missing only some shows on a device, as opposed to all shows, but your PC has them visible, and it wasn't because you have mature shows restricted, then that points to a difference in either country (geolocation) detection, or else in the default language definition.

Not all language subs are available in all countries, and CR doesn't always sub every show in every possible language.

When you went to the page with the maturity setting, what is your default language there set to? if it is something other than US English, you would only "see" listings for shows on the PS4 where CR has made it available in that language, others would not appear.

What country are you actually in? The One Piece license is only available here for USA, Canada, South Africa, Australia, New Zealand, and Latin America.

If changing the language setting still doesn't resolve your issue, then the only remaining obvious possibility is that you have some kind of location unblocker in place on your PC to let you see everything there, but which wouldn't get extended to separate devices, which, if that's the case, using something like that would go against the TOS here.

I live in Texas. I will check the language and very much apprecuate your response. The only thing that doesnt make sense is that I did not change any settings when the problem occured. Like you said i have full access to all shows on pc. I have no geo unblocker installed because I dont need on. I have been using my ps4 to watch crunchyroll for quite some time with no issue and before that my ps3.

That seems to have been the problem. There was no language selected. Thanks for your help asharka!!

I don't understand why the problem came up out of nowhere but i am glad to have it back. I did clear my device list at the same time and had to relog into the ps4, but it seems more likely that it was indeed the language setting.
