Good ol' H20. Don't confuse it with H2O2, you will suffer severe injury.

Injury?
I'm pretty sure that would be more than just injury

Especially if you got a more concentrated dose (commercial hydrogen peroxide is only about 3% by volume)

It depends on how much one would drink and yes, the concentration. Over the counter hydrogen peroxide is about 3%. Swallowing hydrogen peroxide in small doses can cause little (upset stomach and vomiting) to no long lasting harm at all. It is not absorbed through the stomach. Larger doses, you will have tissue burns which is dangerous. Hence, my comment of severe injury. You are more likely to suffer severe injury than death. Although, in some cases of course, death is probable.
