That's what my plugin page tells me, whether it's ticked always on or not a video is always freezing and then crash adobe flash shockwave at the first advertisement of a video.

I've googled around and even tried updating, as well as uninstalling adobe flash & shockwave, and it's still doing it. What am I supposed to do if I can't disable Adobe Flash Shockwave from the plugins?

Is your Chrome up to date? Installing Flash separately will not work for Chrome, as Chrome has its own Flash built in already.

Yes it's up to date, and when I said I've tried both things to install/ uninstall (again, tried it BOTH WAYS, as in while installed and uninstalled), and there is no "Disable" feature in my plugins, I'm not sure why there's no option to disable.

Still currently trying to figure it out.

Well, I guess that there's a "work-around" of sorts, I can just skip over the point where the first ad starts by at least 1 second...

I'll come back later to check up and find out if any one has an answer to this problem at a later date that might know what's going on.

Have you tried disabling your Ad-Block or removing it completely? Have you tried a different web browser?

Try using the HTML5 player extension for chrome:
https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/cr-hls-player/aeajdeepnjjdekpbicjhfldagkjndjid

It's only a work around and some of the older catalog videos won't play through it, but it may be a temporary fix in the meantime for you to use.

I'm having this problem also, except its for one video only. I watched Dragon Ball Super and Attack on Titan just fine but when I watch Ep. 10 of Konosuba it always crashes shockwave at 9:57. I've tried with uBlock Off/On, Clearing browser cache and cookies, Chrome is up to date.. Nothing is working.

Quick Edit: I tested on both my Desktop and Laptop. Both freeze at the exact same time. Both systems are using Chrome

I've been calling it the Ad-Point Glitch. For me, the video freezes at an ad-point and flash crashes. Afterwords, it always happens at that particular ad-point. Skipping past doesn't work. The problem has dogged me ever since I was still using Internet Explorer on a completely different computer. Recently, I thought I solved the problem when I tried watching one of the afflicted videos using Chrome, but the glitch later struck a previously functional video and I'm back to square one.

The way I found out to fix it is to skip to the end of the next ad and then rewinding back to where you are trying to watch from right after the glitched ad that causes the problem on the episode. When i did that flash didn't crash.

If you have a phone you can watch past the glitched ad and it will then go back and refresh the video on your pc. It will go back to normal, just dont rewatch that add. (I used ABP)
