So if I have to be the hero Suzaku while everyone else in Japan is Lelouch, what should I do?

No one says Suzaku is not immortal, they would be like the eternal duo

Hmm, I can't be sure but a few years ago I somehow injured the muscle right above my heart(not on the heart) because of stress, it is like overexerting the muscle. It got worse because I can feel something was wrong with it after a few years. Maybe the bleeding wouldn't stop, or the inflammation, I can't tell. I went to the doctors but they didn't find anything serious, or didn't say anything. So then one morning while I was sleeping I was complaining to my dream that my chest is hurting. What they did is they used electromagnetic radiation to reroute the blood circuitry and paused the beating of half of my heart, cutting the blood supply to the wounded area thereby inducing aptosis. It scared me half to death because my heart is barely beating, so then I made a vow that if I pick up this piece of paper from this person(partly because of over compulsive disorder) I would be cured, but then Japanese would take the hit. So now I feel really bad for Japanese who might have a heart problem, it is all in my thought but I just felt bad for them consider they call me a tensai(genius). After two days the other half of the heart starts beating again, but a callous formed in the area. I am not sure if I need a surgery or not, and it feels sore from time to time. So that's the whole story

I'd be happy if I don't have to get a surgery for this, if the nanomachine or regeneration technique works out. The muscle seems pretty stable now. There is also the immortality package, hopefully before I die of old age. Maybe I'll get a full body check one of these days. Really not looking forward to surgery
