Hey all! So yesterday I watched Yona of the dawn for the first time and I'm in love! It is definitely my number one favorite anime so far. I'm at episode 24 now and I found out that there are no more episodes? First I thought it was a joke like seriously that anime is too good! But I saw some comments on youtube that said that there are new episodes of Yona called ova? Is that true? And where can I find them? I'm seriously depressed that there are no other episodes so I would appreciate if someone could tell me what is going on because I'm pretty confused.... thankyou!!! ^^

- Akatsuki no Yona OVA
- https://myanimelist.net/anime/30370/Akatsuki_no_Yona_OVA

The first episode adapts two bonus chapters from Mizuho Kusanagi's 12th manga volume, titled "On That Back" and "Kija." "On That Back" follows an incident at a hot spring hotel, and "Kija" depicts the past of the Hakuryuu Kija. The second two episodes adapt the rest of the Zeno Arc and were bundled with the 21st and 22nd volumes of the manga.

I found the OVA online, but I can't link to it as I could not find it on any legal streaming services, but my search might have missed it.

I've moved this to the Advice, Info, Recommendations forum.

I'm not aware of any announcements for a season 3. The OVAs you mention were released with manga issues in Japan, so it's unlikely there's a legal English subtitled version -- often the OVAs aren't included in the license agreements for the regular show, so while CR does occasionally get OVAs later on, it's not something to count on.

Like Hairbelly, in a quick search I was not able to find a legal version.

Good thing I found this, I've been looking online to buy the ova's but can't find them anywhere
So I'm screwed on finding them to buy them? like they will never ever come out over here in subbed?
I'm just going to hope and pray or whatever that some day that they will come out here cause I really want to buy them although I guess I should say I'm lucky enough to find it on a random anime site though so I've seen them but the sub sometimes was a bit off XD but I understood it.
I read the manga and is up to date with it, it's amazing <3 I wish there could be more seasons of it too but maybe some day we will get lucky and there will be more.
Sorry for the long comment I was thinking of making a post myself but saw this one first.
