Okay, I'm not a mod but I'll try to help you.
First off, you say you're watching this on a roku? Good, I have one too(I don't use it for Anime, only netflix because crucnhyroll seriously sucks on the roku.)

So what is your problem exactly? Just poor quality? Do the episodes load normally or do they take a lot longer to load as well? And what do you mean by 9:00 PM mountain time? I believe time zones are designated by Area of effect caused by the sun, not by mountains. What mountains are you mentioning? I also live in mountains so I may be of some help

so based my experience, there's two issues here. I use Roku too and it takes them about an hour for the HD version to be uploaded. So if you try to watch a show as it comes out on the site, the Roku version will look like 240p. Another problem right now is saturday nights traffic. I gave up on trying to watch anything on saturday nights since the app would crash, not load, or will not play well.

But we are paying to watch the anime "as soon as it is released" and i want to watch Dragon Ball Super and this makes 4 Saturdays in a row that I can't watch. It is pretty annoying

Exactly that's why I cancelled my sub til they fix this mess. Wish I can get refunded for the leftover months I have left.

I suspect the increased web traffic for Dragon Ball Super on top of the usual web traffic for this season's shows is causing this mess. However, it's one thing to have the problem to begin with, it's an entirely different matter to leave it unfixed for over a month now and have it happen every Saturday night.

As much as we pay this site in yearly subscriptions, you would think something like a top tier cloud service provider would be a no brainer.
