I am having this issue where on the website, it displays the accurate status of my account (premium member, 12 month, non-renewing) but on the app on my android phone, it is asking me to upgrade. I have tried logging out and in, as well as clearing the cache.

You'll want to /contact support about it as even on here your account is showing as normal, not premium.

Hi. I just sent an email in but let's see what can be done here. I recently redeemed a 90 day Guest Pass. The website says I'm a Premium+ member but I can't access any premium features. Can you guys please help?
