I have had this issue that I can't seem to play any videos when connected thru my carrier (I have unlimited data) but when I connect to Wi-Fi everything seems fine. Is there some setting that anyone can tell me to fix this. I have already set crunchy roll as not to have a data limit only phone.

I'm having the exact same issue with a Galaxy s7 Edge. I've uninstalled, cleared data, logged out, logged back in, everything I can think. It only started about a week ago.

Same here. It happened when I did a recent update. Is CC gonna pay for the cost of my data when it goes over?

Just kidding.. bit seriously.. some needs to fix this.

Same here, since Android update on the S7 Edge videos will not load at all. Stays on a black screen and does not move.

Im running an s7 i got yesterday and everything was fine till i updated the phones software. Kinda wishing i didnt lol.

Wi-Fi or not, the videos won't load on mine and I've done all the tricks with clearing cache and data. The issue started after the last major update on my OS. I'm getting super annoyed.

It is a known issue with Android 7.0 on at least Samsung devices. Support has confirmed a fix is being worked on, but no specific ETA.

finally. today overnight received a new update from T-Mobile. now im able to play videos again. Yay!

I'm having the same problem from both mobile data and WiFi since the Android update and I'm not on a Samsung but on an Asus Zenphone.
This is 100% a problem with Android update. I hope it's fixed soon.

I'm getting a similar problem using a Sony android TV crunchyrool app.
The episode loads only the sound the video is black or i can see the oragen crunchyroll wallpaper behind.

Edit: Just to update i Tried to uninstall and then reinstall the APP in the TV still the same issue. Episode loads only the sound no image at all. If i load the same episode in the page using the notebook no problem.
Sames conection so it's not a conection / DNS problem.
