When I try to watch anime on Crunchyroll in my Safari browser on my iPad, it says: "due to licensing restrictions, videos are unavailable in your region." I have had my iPad for years and always wondered why I could only watch videos in the Crunchyroll app and not in my browser. The app doesn't have as much anime as the website (which should be fixed) and I wanted to watch The Dragon Dentist which isn't in the app. I live in the US. Why can't I watch videos on Crunchyroll's website? I pay for Crunchyroll so this is ridiculous! I hope this can be fixed. If anyone can help me, I would really appreciate it!

I watch anime on my iPhone and I use the app. I think the IOS app has all the anime on it. You could try adding anime to your queue then go on the app then check your queue to stream. Make sure you are signed into the same account on browser and app.

The app not having all titles may be related to the mature content filter.
Go to /acct/?action=video and make sure you have it set to "Show Mature Content".

One explanation for the "region restriction" warning would be that you're trying to watch one of the very few titles not available in the US, looking at the announcement of CR picking up the title Dragon Dentist seems to fall into this small category.

The special will be available to Crunchyroll members in the UK, Ireland, Finland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Iceland.

If you're also getting the message on other titles that are available in the US it likely is a problem with a wrong geolocation on your device, though I'll admit I don't know too much about how Apple products work.
When you go to /contact on your iPad and scroll all the way down, does it correctly detect your IP as in the US?

I added the anime to my queue but it doesn't show up in the app. I have an iPad so the app is the one for iOS and it doesn't have The Dragon Dentist on it. There are other anime that don't appear in the app as well and I've had to watch them on other sites that have videos that aren't as good quality. I would like to watch them on Crunchyroll. Thank you to "ThatOneRandomAnimeGuy," though, for trying to help.

I think "mfritsch" is right. Thank you for your help! I will try all of your suggestions.

I hope both of you have a great day. If I continue to have this problem, I will post another reply.
