The app loads up okay on my Xbox One, kept getting dumped (to the app selection screen) when I tried to do anything with it other than login.
I even subscribed to XBox Live Gold since I thought I saw somewhere that I needed a gold account, still getting dumped.

This defeats 50% of the reason I go an XBox One, I got the system in order to have a Blu-Ray player and a way to watch Crunchyroll on my TV since support for smart tvs or blu-ray players is not there.

Please tell me how to remedy this.

So no one has any useful information on how I can get Crunchyroll to work on the xbox one?!?

I feel bad, because no I don't. I'll try it on my Xbox One to see if it works, and will get back to you.

Are you logged into the app when this happens?


Yes, entered my sign in information, anything I attempt to do with the app other than enter the app, kicks me out.

Have you tried:

1. Deleting the app and re-installing
2. Close the app and re-open it
3. restart your console
4. clearing your cache


?

Just deleted and re-installed, have noticed that the front page is show bookmarks on shows that are in my queue.
Have opened and closed several times. Its constantly kicked me out of the app.
I power down the system whenever I'm done with it, so its always being restarted when I try to use the app.
Tried to clear the cache according to info I found online, but nothing is happening.

Netflix works perfectly.

Go to the /queue and look for any shows that have a blank, white tile where the thumbnail should be for the next episode and remove it. Then go to your /history and clear it out. Make note of what progress you've made in any shows in your queue, since this will be reset. Try relaunching the app after that.

Saw another thread that popped up with my issue, looks like my queue is too large for some stupid reason.
