What is VRV app? Where would I get the beta html5 player?

https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.ellation.vrv

Just create an account on VRV.co (it's a sister service to Crunchyroll, created by us), go to the settings, link your VRV account to your Crunchyroll account, then install the VRV app and watch your Crunchyroll content.

This did the trick. Thanks.

This is extremely frustrating. The app will not work for me ever since the update. After some digging around for answers or solutions, I found this thread, and the suggestion to download VRV. I was able to load up videos with the app, but I can't seem to find any sort of video settings for this app. I have limited data, and can't watch videos on 1080p settings. I guess until I can find answers on which settings VRV uses, I'll have to just wait until the CR app is fixed. CR not addressing this is pretty unprofessional. This has been an issue for me for almost 2 weeks now.

The VRV app uses adaptive streaming to determine playback quality, just like the CR apps.

I think Crunchyroll is not supporting Sam Galaxy s7 since its a newer phone and is pushing for VRV.

Vrv isn't part of T-Mobile's Binge On program, so it burns through my data. Why should I pay for a service if I can't watch it when I want to? Either fix the CR app or get VRV on Binge On. I will not be paying anymore until this is fixed.

You should bring the matter up with VRV directly: https://help.vrv.co/hc/en-us/requests/new.

Not really a fan of VRV's watchlist feature.
Crunchyroll's queue is much better since it actually shows me the whole thing on one page.

Plus VRV doesn't have a "recently updated" section for CR's channel on there which was one of the most useful features for keeping track of current series and new simulcast episodes. They basically just ripped off Netflix's crappy layout which is fine for movies but not geared as well for TV series.

Trying to keep up with my current Crunchyroll ongoing series and simulcasts on VRV is a pain.

Also, if you have to link your CR account to VRV, why doesn't it actually synch anything from your CR? I have a huge queue and don't want to have to manually search them all again just to watchlist them on VRV just to watch all my stuff just because CR won't fix its phone app.

Its been WEEKS.
SERIOUSLY, JUST FIX YOUR PHONE APP ALREADY. DON'T IGNORE THE ISSUE.

correction

it's been months, they've known about this since the beta back in November/December but have seemingly refused to do anything

VRV is total crap. I was told to download it so I did. Wouldn't let me link my premium account because it said my email was wrong even though I used the same email! Rated it 1 star and they reached out to me asking why so I wrote back and still no answer. It has been over 3 weeks without any videos Crunchyroll. Seriously fix your stuff!

Question

Can I delete my Crunchyroll App and will VRV still work like normal? If so- will someone PM me when the Crunchyroll App works for S7's again?
