20 minutes in winter, all spent staring at practically nothing.

On average, I lie in bed for 30 minutes. I never want to get up right away in the morning, so I make sure to set my alarm for thirty minutes prior to the time that I absolutely have to be out of bed.

Those aren't many options. I'd say like, hours although part of that is just browsing on my phone

Depends on how motivated I am that day.

I always get up immediately, i have too much to do all the time and sleeping isn't very high on my list of priorities.

I would kind of have to pick all of the top four options.

If I have any commitments that day, like earning money to support my lazing around, a few minutes at most. My alarm is set up to only leave me around 5 minutes of leeway for staying on schedule because the later it goes off the more sleep I can get in and once I start thinking "just five more minutes" I've already lost the battle anyway.

Whoever decided that 24 hours were enough for one day clearly didn't factor in enough time for sleeping.

If I have no commitments it really varies a lot based on random factors, ranging from instantly, over hours, to "why would I get up? I'm sure I can just live in my bed!".

If the temperature is relatively cold it's going to take a crowbar, or food, to get me out from under my blanket anywhere close to fast if I don't have to get up.
If it's raining there's nothing better than grabbing a book, burrowing into my blanket and listening to the rain hit the roof while devouring the book.
If it's sunny I usually get up in a matter of minutes, unless it's summer and the fiery ball in the sky is trying to cook me, that's when I turn nocturnal and try to just sleep through the day.
If I wake up with the motivation to go and do something, I'm usually up before I realize it.
When a particularly nasty bout of migraine hits me any attempts at getting me out of bed will be met with violence, when sound and light cause me to suffer I'm all too happy to spread some of that suffering around.

Once I got out of bed for any reason I'll usually stay up, unless it's way early. (What kind of fiend makes phone calls at 7am on a saturday?)

To be honest, around 20- 30 mins if I don't need to do something right away.

I stare at the ceiling for a good amount of time. roll over, go on my phone check social media for like an hour. think about what i have to get done for the day and contemplate life. Then I get up.

Depending on the time I wake up on, I hate waking up too early like at 9AM as a example if I wake up and its that early I go right back to bed.

Sometimes I just don't get up cause its to cozy till I force myself up.
