I wouldn't really call it a nightmare but last year I had this recurring dream for a few months that just fucked with me pretty hard.

So it always started the same, I would "wake up" from sleep and go to my window to look outside. There would be people panicking everywhere and just general chaos. I always looked to the sky almost immediately to see if something was going on and there in the sky was this far away looking black dot thing. It was always right where the moon should be and it seemed to ever so slowly keep coming closer. I would then go to the bathroom and do all the daily routine wake up stuff. I would go to the living room after showering and putting on my clothes and turn on the t.v. I would flip to the news and listen in as they explained that a disaster was occurring and earth was being sucked into a black hole. I would then go and make breakfast and do normal things like watching shows and playing video games since it was my day off. I'm not sure why but I never really panicked myself, it was always just calmly doing my own thing until time for sleep. Then after going to sleep I would wake up hours later only to find the same exact scene as the day before playing out. only the black hole would be closer this time. This repeated constantly for what seemed like a few years in the dream. I would then one day suddenly wake up to something completely different, the world itself was stretched long and weirdly so you could see other cities on other continents and things slowly disappearing. The black hole was always massive at this point and seemed right on top of the world close enough that you could clearly see it spinning and whatnot like in the movies where you can see another planet as if its right next to yours. I would then just go outside and watch the world disappear with my "friends" in the dream. I would always be trying to console them for some reason and we would just sit there talking as the world was crumbling and being sucked in. Right before we would be sucked in completely the dream always ended.

That shit was crazy, also sorry for the long post.

I was with Curious George at the mall and we went into a store. Then an ostrich came into the store and started chasing me and Curious George around a display table. It ate me and I got stuck in its throat. It was really dark and cramped but I soon woke up. I had this dream twice.

Mine goes back to childhood. Perhaps in my 3rd or 4th years, I kept having these screamers about
being on a dune at the beach watching this monstrous swell of water rising into a dark, stormy sky.
I would snap awake just as my dreamself began to be overtaken by the crashing breaker. A subcon-
scious terror felt by this toddler upon seeing the ocean for the first time releasing itself at night, per-
haps?

Sleep paralysis involving a small, featureless, hairless spider monkey like creature that ran into my room, jumped on the side of my head and into my ear thus allowing me to move again. I called him the limb imp cause clearly he is who is driving me and I woke up while he was on coffee break.

Painkillers are scary.

I never had sleep paralysis, how does it feel ?

Go to Netflix and watch a documentary called "The Nightmare". It'll give you a good idea of how sleep paralysis feels.

The crazy dead girl.

I was actually quite the heroine in this nightmarish dream of mine. The setting was in our house and somehow I was watching the CCTV monitor of my parent's room from somewhere. The images were kinda like fast forwarded. The bedroom was turned into a scientific laboratory to a mental asylum room. The room had this creepy hospital vibe- green hues of light colored the room, one weak lightbulb on, a stretcher bed in the middle of the room with white sheets all crumpled on top of it, and an old desktop computer on one corner. It almost seemed like a decade a has passed already given the condition of the room and just because my dream made me felt like ages has passed already..

Then all of a sudden I went out of my room, which is opposite the room of my parents, and tried to open their door. Upon opening, a wild crazy girl went at me so fast! Just like how zombies are in the movies. She was dressed in a white hospital gown, her black hair was long and was just as messy like a crazy person's, and she was going at me with her fingers (or should I say claws?) and teeth! My heart was thumping like crazy and I am like the most scaredycat person you'll ever know!

My cousin was with me at that time and I was actually looking at her for help because she's actually braver than me. But lo and behold, she started screaming and was no help at all. I was thinking if I don't do anything, we would die. So, magically a gun appeared in my pocket. I grabbed the crazy zombie girl's hair at the back of her head and pulled it with much effort to tilt her head up, and there, I put the gun inside her gawking mouth and fired it. Then that's it. I woke up with my heart beating so fast.

I just remembered the quote "When you've reached rock bottom, there's no other way but to climb back up" really suits that scenario.
